Realising the potential that existed in Greystones for future expansion, the firm opened a full time office in Greystones in 1992 and it is there that Mark has practiced since. In 1995 the firm of Molloy Fayle Tyndall and Company merged with the Wicklow firm of Augustus Cullen and Son and, with the exception of a couple of years spent working in the Wicklow office, Mark continued to practice in Greystones, where he eventually met Paul McKnight and where he and Paul had the responsibility for running the Greystones branch office of the Wicklow firm. In 2003, this branch office was acquired by Paul and Mark and it was renamed Felton McKnight Solicitors.

Mark is a very experienced solicitor and has a long history of practice in various areas of law, particularly Conveyancing and Family Law.
